On May 19, the Grammy winner, 23, announced she's returning to the United States and more territories for an additional string of shows on her Hit Me Hard and Soft Tour later this year. Eilish will first perform at the Saitama Super Arena in Tokyo on Aug. 16 and 17 before returning to the U.S. for 21 shows in 11 cities. Kevin Mazur/Getty The North American leg kicks off Oct. 9 at the Kaseya Center in Miami and continues in cities including Philadelphia, New Orleans, Austin, Phoenix and more before wrapping Nov. 23 at the Chase Center in San Francisco. Tickets for U.S. dates first become available to American Express cardholders on Tuesday, May 20 at 12 p.m. local time. The general on-sale opens Thursday, May 22 at 12 p.m. local time. The "When the Party's Over" singer first performed throughout North America on the Hit Me Hard and Soft Tour from Sept. 29 to Dec. 21. She subsequently toured Europe and Oceania.
