ThePhiladelphia EaglesandKansas City Chiefswill meet in a rematch ofSuper Bowl 59during Week 2 of the 2025 NFL season, according to multiple media reports. The game will be held on Sept. 14 at 4:25 p.m. ET at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City. The full2025 NFL schedulewill be officially announced on Wednesday at 8 p.m. ET. In Super Bowl 59, theEaglesraced out to a 34-0 lead andwon 40-22for their second Super Bowl title, denying theChiefsa chance to become the first team to win three straight Super Bowls. Despite the rout, the game was seen by a record 127.7 million viewers and is the most-watched television broadcast in history. Both teams figure to be showcased heavily on national television during the 2025 season, as the Eagles will face theDallas Cowboysin theseason-opener on Sept. 4, and have a Black Friday matchup with theChicago Bearson Nov. 28, while theChiefs will meet the Cowboys on Thanksgivingand take on theDenver Broncoson Christmas night.
